Contact and source corrections
Tell us about a source correction, broken link, coverage question, or problem with the way a public-support program is described.
Report a correction
If a benefit card disagrees with its reference page, a link is broken, or a government or municipal page has changed, open an issue in the public repository. Include the program name, the page that needs attention, the official URL, and the date you checked it. We review the evidence before changing the catalog.
If the site owner publishes a support channel, use that channel for corrections. For individual eligibility or application questions, contact the responsible government office directly.
What to include
Useful reports include the program name, municipality, exact text or link that needs review, the current official page, and the date you checked it. Do not include residence-card numbers, household income, medical details, login credentials, or any other sensitive personal information. A short quote and a public URL are enough for an initial review.
Editorial policy
GaijinOS is a free research tool, not a government service or an eligibility decision-maker. We prefer government, municipal, and public-organization pages, and we show a reference link and verification date on benefit records. A listing is a research lead, not a promise of eligibility. Confirm current conditions, deadlines, documents, and application routes with the responsible office before applying.
What happens next
We compare a report with the published record and the current official page. When a change is confirmed, we update the program description, reference link, or verification date. If eligibility or payment details are unclear, we defer to the responsible office and avoid making a definitive claim. This page is not an emergency or casework service, so contact the official office directly about a deadline or an individual application.
